Every new team member completes a comprehensive two-phase training programme. The first phase focuses on safe working practices and risk awareness, followed by site-specific, hands-on training covering cleaning techniques, equipment use, and quality standards. Their training does not end here, and we run continuous in-house and on-site training to give operatives ongoing support and specific skills as required, which ensures a consistent, high-quality service across all our contracts.

Overseeing our cleaning teams is a group of highly experienced supervisors and contract managers, all of whom have been promoted from within the company.
